No doubt, the movie deserved a Best Picture nomination, Gibson a best director nod and Jim Caviezel a best actor--he portrayed every possible emotion, and in another language at that!--but I think we all knew that wasn&#039;t going to happen, and for the very reason you offered, Dave. My only consolation:  &quot;Fahrenheit 9/11&quot; got TOTALLY snubbed.</description>
