mystery prize — Kerry.

Do you remember those old game shows where you had a chance to either win the mediocre prize you could see or take your chances and win the “mystery prize”…sometimes it was a new car, sometimes it was a donkey. It seems to me that Kerry fits that description pretty well. No one knows what he stands for or what he believes in. Have you once heard him say “When I was in Senate, I passed legislation…”??? I don’t know that much about his senate record because quite bluntly, I don’t think he wants anyone to know. We do know however from independent sources that he’s the most liberal senator in the country.

Kerry continues to be all over the board on most issues, including Iraq. Sure he took a “firm” stance last week for the first time and actually outlined some sort of plan for Iraq but even that is filled with contradictions. He wants to create a stronger alliance with other nations, but simultaneously insults them by calling them “the coerced” and “bribed”. How would you like it if someone said things like that about you and then later wanted your support in a war? Meanwhile he says he will “go after the terrorist wherever they are” and calls Iraq a “terrorist magnet”…however he also says he will bring the troops out of Iraq ASAP. So which is it? Go after the terrorist or flee from them?

I just feel like I’m beating a dead horse sometimes. This guy has to be one of the worst presidential candidates in recent history. I think even most liberals will agree to that, but they are willing to take their risk with the “mystery prize” because of no other reason than a dislike of Bush or the Republican agenda. The reality is they may be voting for a donkey and not even know it.
